1. Returns:

-**Eligibility:** Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

 **Non-Returnable Items:** We do not accept returns for opened or used products, custom orders, or special order items.

 2. Refunds:

**Process:** Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Exchanges:

Please note that exchanges are not accepted. 

**4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
